The non-petrochemical paint for building

   I make non-petrochemical paint for the house and building by using a mixture of vegetable oil as the solvent. There is no volatile organic compound (VOC) in the paint so it is safe for workers and residents. Actually, there are just 2 ingredients in the paint, vegetable oil, and pigments and it can be used for both interior and exterior.

  Regarding the efficiency, I have tested the paint on the wall for 5 years. it still sticks well even it face the rain or moisture compared to the acrylic paint that often peels off.

  As we know the petrochemical industry is one of the major causes of the climate change crisis. And climate change crisis may also be a cause of the COVID-19 pandemic and other infectious diseases.

  However, the manufacturing cost of this paint is still a bit higher than the price of chemical-based paint on the market but I hope if we make it in a large volume, its price will drop.  

 Other benefits of this project are the farmers have more income from selling their product of vegetable oils.
